Millimeter wave radar installed in advanced anti-collision vehicles must be mounted at an exact angle to the front of the vehicle. The millimeter wave radar vertical surface adsorption type inclinometer is an inclinometer that is adsorbed on the front face of the millimeter wave radar to measure and inspect the vertical angle (pitch angle) of the millimeter wave radar.
When measuring by pressing down on the tiltmeter measuring section by hand, variations in the pressing force can cause variations in the deflection of the bumper, which can result in inaccurate measurements. To solve this problem, a small suction pump is used to generate a constant negative pressure, which is then adsorbed to a vertical surface with a stable force to enable accurate angle measurement.
