Q How can I distinguish between wireless and wired systems?
A The wireless type is selected for remote measurement.
The wired type is lightweight and used for weight-sensitive cases. The wireless type also has a sensor (aluminum) equivalent in weight to a Φ300 silicon wafer, and is used in wafer transfer equipment.
